Description
  • Independent management of a defined department at our company headquarters in Schiltach as well as selected international locations in the Middle East and North Africa (with approx. 20 employees) in all strategic and operational HR matters.
  • Sparring partner for national and international executives on issues related to employee management, organizational development, talent management and performance management
  • Consulting for managers and their teams during organizational changes, as well as supporting change processes.
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of global HR standards and HR processes across multiple locations, taking into account local legal and cultural frameworks.
  • Close collaboration with local HR and payroll contacts as well as external partners in the countries served.
  • Close collaboration with the areas of recruiting & employer branding, personnel development and HR services.
  • Participation in strategic HR initiatives and projects for the further development of structures and processes.
  • Trusting and constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Conducting evaluations and analyses on HR issues

Your profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, human resources management or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Sound knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law, as well as personnel development and recruiting.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
  • High level of initiative, self-organization and pragmatic solution orientation
  • Strong analytical skills to clearly structure complex relationships and derive pragmatic solutions.
  • High affinity for digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as an interest in actively using and further developing innovative AI applications in the HR environment.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
