To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with a focus on transformation, labor law, works council and organizational development as soon as possible.

We are looking for an experienced individual who not only accompanies change but actively shapes it. In this role, you will act as a strategic sparring partner for the executive board, management, and executives, guiding them confidently through challenging change processes and managing complex negotiations with employee representatives in a poised, solution-oriented, and legally sound manner.

Job description

  • Strategic consulting for management, executives and managers on personnel-related, labor law and organizational issues
  • Management and support of transformation, restructuring and change management projects, as well as reorganizations and operational changes.
  • Development and implementation of sustainable personnel and organizational strategies for the further development of the company
  • Consulting and empowerment of managers in change processes, personnel measures, employee relations issues and difficult conversation situations.
  • Independent cooperation and negotiation with works councils, central works councils and other employee representatives.
  • Drafting, negotiating and implementing company agreements, agreements on the reconciliation of interests and social plans, as well as ensuring compliance with labor law, collective bargaining law and works constitution law.
  • Managing complex employment law issues in cooperation with internal and external legal advisors, as well as coordinating escalated employee issues.
  • Strengthening leadership skills, collaboration, organizational structures and employee engagement based on key performance indicators, people analytics and organizational data

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources, labor law, commercial law, business administration, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Lead, HR Manager or in a comparable role within a co-determined company
  • Proven experience in transformation, restructuring or change projects, as well as in supporting complex organizational changes
  • Sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law as well as works constitution law
  • Extensive practical experience in cooperation and negotiation with works councils, central works councils or other employee representatives.
  • Experience in negotiating and implementing company agreements, reconciliations of interests and social plans
  • High level of consulting expertise, confident demeanor and strong stakeholder management skills vis-à-vis management, executives and employee representatives.
  • Experience in organizational development, change management, employee relations and employee engagement, as well as a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work with confident handling of key performance indicators and data-driven decision-making.
