Task Responsibilities Position Overview: HRBP M&E is a strategic partner to managers across various departments in Maintenance and Engineering Division, working closely to align human resources strategies with business goals. This role is key in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting the overall success of the organization.  * Responsibilities:  * Business Partnership: Collaborate with managers to understand divisional and departmental goals, challenges, and objectives, providing HR guidance and support in alignment with business priorities.  * Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. * Talent Management: Assist in the identification and development of talent within the organization, working closely with managers to create career development plans and succession strategies. Coordinates organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Lead and support Talent Lifecycle activities (appraisals, calibration, promotions, succession planning, training)  * Performance Management: Support the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development.  * Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends, address issues, and make informed recommendations to support business decisions. * Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application and understanding of company policies and procedures, providing guidance to managers and employees.   Working Conditions * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field. * Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations. * Supplemented by 3-5 years of experience in human resources in one or more of the specialty areas, e.g., employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment and selection, training and employee development, HR systems, compensation.  * Experience in project management and change management. * Strong organizational skills, autonomous and flexible, problem-solving capabilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP/HR experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French, German or Luxembourgish will be a distinct advantage. * Strong negotiation skills.   Working Conditions * Permanent, full-time position based in Luxembourg * Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement) * A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
