Crafted Highlights: In the role of Human Resources (HR) Business Partner Manager working in Fort Worth, Texas (onsite five days), you will be part of the Americas HR team and deliver HR strategies and services within distribution to effectively build the organizational capability required to achieve business goals and imperatives. This position reports to the Sr. Manager HR Business Partner and works in close partnership with HR centers of excellence and client group leaders in areas such as integrated people management, labor relations, compensation, organizational effectiveness, benefits, etc. to support the business strategy. What You’ll Be Brewing: · Lead the People Plan strategy for the transformation projects developing an integrated HR strategy (retention, recruitment, org structure, labor relations, change management) that contributes to a successful implementation. · Develop a positive working relationship with unions ensuring open communication and the development of a common agenda for change. · Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure ongoing effective labor and employee relations. · Act as a strategic partner by working collaboratively, developing organizational capability, utilizing insights, and providing thought leadership to specialist groups. · Lead and ensure full use of integrated people management processes to grow talent, drive performance, and improve employee engagement. · Be a change steward and ensure precise execution of employee change management initiatives. · Execute operational aspects of people management, utilizing knowledge of policies to coach leadership and employees and provide labor relations support and guidance. Key Ingredients: · You have a bachelor’s degree and/or five + years of experience in human resources in a unionized environment and knowledge of employment standards legislation. · You have experience working in a matrix organization where you lead cross-functional teams to a common goal without direct reporting authority. · You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various operational demands that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy. · You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. · You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments. · You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $96,600.00 - $126,700.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
