YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. * Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline. * Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies. * Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture. * Support workforce development (WFD) initiatives, collaborating with production and quality teams to enhance training programs. * Champion change management, organizational design, and HR best practices. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: ✅ Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. * 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * PHR or SHRM certification is a plus. ✅ Skills & Competencies: * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites is a plus. * Ability to execute HR initiatives while handling tactical responsibilities. * A problem-solver with a results-driven mindset. * Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
