Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, and operational HR initiatives. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in aligning HR strategy with business goals across a dynamic production setting. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant and operational leadership Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives Coach managers on policy interpretation, employee development, and organizational effectiveness Lead talent initiatives including recruiting support, onboarding, and retention strategies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Drive HR programs that support engagement, productivity, and culture within a manufacturing environment Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable business insights Qualifications Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings Strong employee relations and performance management background Experience supporting onsite operational or plant leadership teams Solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices Ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred Additional Information Ready to partner with plant leadership and drive real HR impact in a manufacturing environment?
