Responsibilities
  • Advising and supporting the line management (also as sparring partner) and employees within the policy boundaries and legislation, and handling HR tasks on a daily basis
  • Responsible for realizing HR goals that support the business and that are in line with Company’s mission, vision and strategy, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization
  • Develop and manage the organization in retaining, developing and rewarding talent
  • Guidance concerning assessments, career development and management development
  • Providing asked for and unsolicited advice on all sorts of topics related to employees, management and organization such as personnel guidance, conflict management, absenteeism, occupational health and safety policy, dismissal and employment conditions
  • Contribute to further development of the HR policies and HR processes that are needed for the performance of the functions
