RESOURCE AND SKILLS PLANNING

• Working closely with key stakeholders, determine and develop mid to long term site resource plans taking account of growth, future skill requirements, workforce demographics etc.
• Translate into resourcing activities to be executed by Talent and Engagement Specialist in the most efficient and effective way.
• Manage talent and succession planning processing across the site.
• Develop plans with foresight and consideration of future proofing.
