DESCRIPTION
This is a fixed term contract (FTC) role with a duration of 9-12 months, providing cover for a maternity leave in the team.
Reporting to and supporting the Chief People Officer (who sits on the firm’s Management and Executive Committees and reports to the Managing Partner), the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support their assigned key teams by actively engaging with the Head of Department and Practice Group Leads within their area, providing insight, advice and coaching on HR matters in support of the business strategy.
As a key member of the Human Resources Management team, success in this role will also be enabled through taking on responsibility for strategic HR projects and ownership for key people processes, aligned with the firm’s People Strategic Plan and all aspects of employees’ life cycle.
