The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to various teams across Mirai, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee experience within a dynamic, innovationdriven, and tech-centric environment. This role contributes directly to building a high-performance culture through leading organizational development initiatives, driving change management, and empowering leaders and talent to create impact in the gaming industry Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to development, product, and operations teams to understand challenges and opportunities, delivering HR solutions tailored to business needs. Support the execution of the HR strategic plan, focusing on organizational development, employee experience, and cultural transformation. Lead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives including: Designing organizational structures and agile pod-based teams Driving enterprise-wide change management initiatives Implementing leadership development and readiness programs Enhancing end-to-end employee experience touchpoints Analyze HR data such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends to drive actionable insights. Support effective workforce planning aligned with local and global expansion goals. Empower team leaders through coaching and training to ensure effective people management practices. Contribute to digital HR transformation initiatives enhancing both efficiency and employee experience. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies, while actively participating in policy development aligned with modern work environments. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 + years' experience as an HRBP or in Organizational Development within dynamic environments, preferably in gaming, tech, or digital media sectors. Strong knowledge of OD concepts, performance management, change management, and org design. Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environments. Analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving. Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Preferred certifications: SHRM, CIPD.
