Box 261406, Dubai, UAE Job Description Single point of contact for all employees and managers on HR matters Provide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements Interface with Business Area HR, internal business and the external payroll provider Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation Coordinate talent and performance management processes and follow‑up actions Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure audit‑ready data quality Prepare HR documents (contracts, certificates, letters) Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes Implement new HR systems, tools, and processes Lead site‑specific HR projects Coordinate external office services and ensure a safe, well‑functioning work environment Support the growth in the MENA region with HR activities Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or multicultural environment Strong knowledge of local labor law and social regulations Proven experience in project management and intercultural collaboration Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and apply effective prioritization methods Practical mindset, autonomy, initiative and strong service orientation Ability to work in a complex, evolving environment Enjoys teamwork, cooperation and building trustful relationships Strong multi‑tasking skills Fluency in English, spoken and written Additional Information Ready to drive with Continental?
