Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Due to an internal move we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People Team at Miele. You will act as a trusted partner for assigned leadership team members across our cluster (GB, Ireland & South Africa). Addressing key people priorities and continuously adapting the people priorities to support the growth ambitions of Miele. You will add value to the business by providing expert, pro-active and commercial HR advice, solutions and support to achieve our strategy.

KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Partner closely with the HR team and report directly to the Head of HR to implement our people strategy across the business.
  • Work with your functional leaders to understand their focus area and create a functional people strategy to achieve the aligned performance metrics.
  • Lead key business projects and serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet KPIs and drive best practices across our cluster and region.
  • Oversee the people calendar, talent forums, and more, while delivering expert HR support.
  • Create and, where required, deliver learning and development initiatives and programmes to build competency across the cluster.
