Location: Bucharest, Romania As a HRBP, you will be responsible for the followings: Professional partner for the Retail division and Functional Departments in order to carry out HR processes (promotions, transfers, job descriptions, on-boarding and off-boarding, engagement actions, structural changes and their implementation) Implementation of the Annual People Cycle, Performance and Career Management System processes i.e. quarterly / annual coordination of Target Settings and evaluations. Preparation, organization and follow-up of People Talent Development Analysis, preparation and support the negotiation process with the union/ scenarios for salary negotiations for the Collective Agreement Support in the creation of annual headcount budgets. Focal Point for the external salary data provider for survey/ creation of pay scales, as well as implement internal position re-evaluations according to used methodology. Support for benefits analysis and market monitoring Collaboration with training service providers to calibrate the proposed development programs, respectively to develop new programs, depending on internal needs. Proposal of the best development solutions to boost training plans Advise and implement together with the HR Manager of internal development programs & specific HR policies Preparing and updating relevant materials, developing the welcome package and monitoring the onboarding process flow Creating and supporting new ideas for employer branding To be successful in the role, you should have: University degree and 3-5 years of experience in HRBP (highly valued significant experience in Comp&Ben and/or L&D) Excellent organization, communication skills & stakeholder management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, team work Proficiency English Microsoft Office package, strong knowledge of HR processes (SAP HR experience is valued) What is in it for you?
