What You Will Do As an HR Business Partner at MrQ, you'll work closely with our teams to support the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and is excited to help drive HR strategy as we grow. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a strategic partner to department heads, supporting workforce planning and team development Managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations Leading or supporting performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and development programs Overseeing and executing monthly payroll processes accurately and on time Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies Supporting recruitment efforts alongside our Talent team Continuously improving people processes as we scale What We're Looking For You’ll bring the right blend of operational expertise and people-first thinking.
