Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Communicating and act as the HR contact point for the plant’s workers, employees and managers.
  • Coordinating and implement the company’s HR policy.
  • Planning the HR needs of employees (staffing, training, knowledge transfer, etc.).
  • Selecting candidates: interview candidates in the final selection phase for a position within the plant for which you are the HRBP; prepare offers and employment contracts.
  • Performing the Onboarding or incoming employees.
  • Monitoring the HR budget, headcount, temporary contracts.Managing contacts with union representatives and their requests.
  • Managing individual relations: monitoring individual cases, disciplinary/litigation management.
  • Implementing HR projects in the Plant: absenteeism, job classification, etc.
  • Acting as the Payroll point of contact for Plant employees, in direct collaboration with the Payroll department.
