• Lead on complex ER cases & investigations
• Work hand-in-hand with managers to embed best practice and drive performance
• Drive transformation – building buy-in and taking teams forward together
• Support a high-performing, inclusive workplace where colleagues can thrive

What we’re looking for:

• Strong ER and TUPE expertise
• Experience in change management / transformation
• Confident influencer with commercial awareness
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)

Remote role with regional travel
