YOUR ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join Multicultural NSW as a HR Business Partner. The role is responsible for providing consistent and professional advice on a range of HR services to enable effective people management across Multicultural NSW, as well as contributing to strategic project deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the HR team, you will support employee centric lifecycle services including recruitment activities and providing advice on people related issues, exercising sound judgement, empathy and discretion.
You will review policies, processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and Undertake analysis and reporting to meet internal and external reporting requirements
You will also contribute to the development and the roll out of HR initiatives and programs including wellbeing, organisational development and learning, and employment programs and train and educate staff to improve capability,
You’ll work as part of a team of talented, dedicated public servants who are passionate about making a positive difference through their work. You’ll be working in a team environment and you will assist the Associate Director to deliver on the strategic outcomes of the division. You’ll work at the Multicultural NSW office in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements available.
