Description:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High level knowledge of workplace legislation, policies, practices and strategies
  • Strong proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters
  • Experience in implementing organisation development programs such as organisation change and culture reform
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems (SuccessFactors preferred).

You will partner closely with the senior leaders of your client group to consistently drive a high-performance culture by implementing our workforce strategy that builds capability and performance enabling business imperatives.
