ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High level knowledge of workplace legislation, policies, practices and strategies
  • Strong proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters
  • Experience in implementing organisation development programs such as organisation change and culture reform
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems (SuccessFactors preferred).

ABOUT THE ROLE

NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver both operational and strategic HR advice and support across a range of areas such as employee relations, workforce planning and performance management. You will partner closely with the senior leaders of your client group to consistently drive a high-performance culture by implementing our workforce strategy that builds capability and performance enabling business imperatives.
