Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High level knowledge of workplace legislation, policies, practices and strategies
- Strong proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters
- Experience in implementing organisation development programs such as organisation change and culture reform
- Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
