Overview:
The Human Resources team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a HR Business Partner on a Permanent basis. The position will be located in our Oxford office

Position Summary:
HR is at the centre of all that we do at OPM. Our role is to ensure that the organisation is best positioned to attract, retain and develop a diverse global workforce who have the right tools, knowledge and skills to fulfil our mission to improve lives through sustainable policy change.
Our HR Business Partners are the focal point for HR service delivery, engaging with their dedicated client groups to support delivery of our talent management strategy. They provide expert advice and guidance in all aspects of the employee life cycle and across HR activities – from employee engagement, performance management, relations, behavioural capability development to exit – with fairness and consistency, managing risk and the need to adapt to location specific solutions in their approach. Building effective, trusting and respectful relationships with key stakeholders across the business, our HRBP team positively influence people and culture activities in alignment with OPM’s mission and values.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • CIPD (Level 5 or above) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working within a global, matrixed organisational structure.
  • Proven interest or experience in the field of international development.
