Responsibilities

STEP INTO THE ROLE

As an HR Business Partner at MilDef, you will take on a key role in supporting our operations and leadership in our business in Germany. In this position, you will work closely with local managers and the global HR team to enable growth, support organizational development and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. In the midst of a major European rearmament phase, your work will contribute to building the people infrastructure behind MilDef’s mission-critical systems.

  • Implement Group HR strategies, processes, and policies at the local level
  • Act as a strategic partner to local managers and leaders on HR-related matters
  • Lead local recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal HR policies
