The Employee Engagement Manager will work closely with senior management, and cross-functional teams to create a positive work environment, drive employee satisfaction, and develop strategies to retain top talent. Managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits Be trustworthy HR advisor to business stakeholders, provide insights from HR perspective for organization & people development, business transformation, local labor regulations, etc. Who you are ? Key Responsibilities: Act as the relay of cross-functional teams to design and execute employee engagement initiatives. Conduct and analyse regular Group and specific employee surveys to gather feedback and insights on employee engagement and satisfaction levels and to identify key areas of opportunity for employee engagement and recommended action plans. Track and report on key employee engagement metrics, including retention rates, employee satisfaction levels, and employee participation rates in engagement programs. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and programs pertaining to engagement by linking country’s initiatives to Group ones Ensure the recruitment process is handled as per Group’s expectations to attract and onboard right talents (it can be including occasional sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions). Ensure the performance management process is managed as per Group’s expectations to encourage high performance (including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans). Foster a training and development culture to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Act as the relay for employee engagement issues (it can be including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
