HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Our client is seeking a Business Partner.

EXPERIENCE

· Partner with People Leaders to champion a high-performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the Company values.
· Provide solid HR support and sound guidance to the Leadership Team.
· Support management on issues such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management etc.
· Actively seek solutions to identified people-related business issues and bring these solutions to the wider HR team to ensure consistent best practice application
· Proactively participate in the implementation of HR strategic programmes and contribute to HR projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR BP role.
· CIPD Qualified
· Person Specification:
· Highly organised and proactive with an ability to manage multiple workstreams at one time
· Flexible with a positive attitude to change.
· Be results focussed, determined and self-motivated.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative solutions.
· Ability to work with confidential information in a discrete and diplomatic manner.
· Champion high performance and delivery of results.
