ABOUT THE ROLE

Working in this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with leaders and employees across the business, providing trusted advice and practical support on a broad range of people matters. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll help leaders navigate employee relations, performance management, workforce challenges and organisational change, while ensuring a positive employee experience and strong compliance outcomes.


This is a true Business Partner role that blends operational HR with strategic people initiatives. You'll contribute to key programs including talent management, workforce planning, performance reviews, employee engagement and organisational development, while also supporting complex employment relations matters when they arise.


You'll work closely with managers across multiple states, building trusted relationships, influencing outcomes and helping create a high-performing, engaged and capable workforce.


ABOUT YOU

You are a confident and approachable HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and helping leaders solve people challenges. You combine sound judgement with a practical, solutions-focused approach and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.


You thrive on partnering with stakeholders, coaching leaders and finding balanced outcomes that support both employees and the business. Most importantly, you're resilient, commercially minded and passionate about creating positive workplace experiences that help people and teams perform at their best.


  • You will bring:Solid experience within a HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Experience managing performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations, including complex employee relations matters.
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members.
  • Experience gained in the home care, aged care, or disability services industry an advantage
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred
