REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-culture environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading or supporting HR projects and driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, UK employment law, and employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change; agile and proactive in approach
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally experienced with HR systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Exposure to HR Project work.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Familiarity with reward, L&D, or DEI initiatives is a plus.
  • Experience in tech, iGaming, or high-growth industries.
  • Some understanding iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities

Eeze is seeking HRBP & Projects, reporting directly to the Head of Reward & HR, who will be accountable for delivering high-impact people initiatives and providing HRBP support to all business areas in the UK. This role also includes leading or supporting a range of global and local HR projects that drive efficiency, engagement, and alignment with business priorities.

As part of the Global HR Team, you will contribute to building a high-performing, scalable, and progressive people function that supports the growth and culture of the business across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a business partner / trusted advisor to managers and team leaders on all HR-related matters including performance, development and engagement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolving conflicts, managing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture as well as being compliant with UK employment laws and best practices.
  • Driving people initiatives aligned with business strategy, ensuring a seamless connection between HR and business objectives.
  • Leading or supporting key HR projects, such as global process harmonisation, policy development, implementation of values, engagement action plans, change management and EVP.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Centres of Excellence (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D) to implement global HR programmes locally.
  • Supporting cyclical HR processes including talent reviews, performance management, salary review, and workforce planning.
  • Using data to provide insights and influence decision-making; driving improvements through reporting and analysis.
  • Supporting leaders and employees through organisational change and transformation.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, partnering with the Head of HR where appropriate.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across HR processes and employee experience touchpoints.
  • Work with other HR leaders and the global team to ensure alignment of VP of HR OKR’s with broader organisational strategies, sharing best practices and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coach/mentor junior team members of the HR team to support their career growth.
