What We Need: We are seeking a talented and drive HR Business Partner to serve as a utility player across all HR functions, ensuring seamless HR operations and alignment with our People & Culture strategy. You will be instrumental across the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy compliance, and other HR initiatives that promote a positive and compliant workplace environment. This role reports to the Regional General Manager and will work closely with various departments to foster an inclusive and supportive company culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred), payroll systems, and productivity suites (Microsoft Office or GSuite).
  • Strong communication skills: Able to clearly and effectively convey HR policies and practices to all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership ability: Skilled at coaching and advising managers and employees, with an approachable and collaborative style.
  • Critical thinking and evaluation skills: Capable of analyzing complex HR issues and developing practical solutions.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Proven track record in supporting and implementing HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    Total Rewards: Quick Dry Restoration offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k with a generous company match. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $90,000 to $120,000 with additional performance incentive opportunity. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
    This role is located in our Nampa, Idaho location and will require occasional travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and streamline hiring processes.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new employees have the resources needed to thrive.

  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Conduct policy training and address employee questions to ensure clarity and adherence.
  • Partner with internal teams on compliance matters, such as audits and reporting requirements.
  • Act as a resource for managers and employees on a range of HR-related issues.
  • Support conflict resolution, address employee concerns, and provide guidance to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to promote a welcoming, respectful workplace.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across HR functions.
