THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fluent in English and in Hungarian
  • Proven experience across diverse areas of HR as HR Generalist or HRBP role minimum with 2 years of experience
  • Good understanding of the business and have had some experience in talent management, C&B and Learning and development
  • University/college degree in HR / business or a related subject
  • Possess knowledge about local employment laws is an advantage

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As HR Business Partner based in Tatabánya, you will be responsible for the implementation of HR strategy locally, based on business needs in close cooperation with the local HR Team. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong business relationship with the internal partners from the business
  • Proactive HR support given to the supported Unit – blue-collar and white-collar employees - to help them meet their business objectives
  • Competency development of the employees, creating career paths and personal development plan
  • Support individual development
  • Assessment of the employee’s performance quality
  • Managing Succession Planning
  • Assessing workforce needs in collaboration with managers
  • Daily support of middle-management team in the field of employee issues, labor law and other aspects related to human management
  • Conducting individual employee matters
  • Planning and implementing team-building programs
  • Promoting a positive workplace atmosphere and employee engagement
  • Participation in projects, implementation of processes and new solutions in HR
  • Other tasks that are related to the HR Business Partner position and are assigned by Head of HR – Sr. HRBP.
