We are now looking for a HR Business Partner to support our growth journey and strengthen our capability in both people operations and employment compliance. Responsibilities •Partner with managers on performance, team structure, and workforce planning. •Coach and support leaders on engagement, feedback practices, and people development. •Lead Learning & Development initiatives and oversee development programmes. •Support career development planning and growth path creation for employees. •Contribute to team and role design to enable effective scaling and cross-functional collaboration. •Promote company values and strengthen a consistent ReOrbit employee experience. •Drive engagement initiatives including surveys, workshops, and recognition activities. •Collaborate with People Operations on HR policies, contracts, compensation, benefits, and employment compliance topics. •Work closely with Talent Acquisition to align hiring with workforce planning. •Act as a primary point of contact for employment law related questions, ensuring HR processes and decisions align with Finnish and EU labor regulations. •Partner with internal stakeholders on policy updates, contract frameworks, and legal risk assessments related to people operations. •Support organizational changes, restructuring, new office launches, and HR-related process improvements. •Manage HR projects that enhance systems, workflows, and the overall employee journey. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent. Strong understanding of Finnish and EU labor law, with the ability to interpret and apply employment legislation in HR decision-making. Experience collaborating with legal counsel or supporting topics related to contracts, compliance, and employment regulation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess trends, derive insights, and support strategic decisions. Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments (tech/engineering/manufacturing). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior stakeholders. High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. Proactive, solution oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change.
