Descripción del empleo Do you want to play a key role in Rituals’ expansion in Spain? Our HR Department is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help shape and optimize our HR strategy across 100 stores nationwide. As an HRBP at Rituals, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding results in talent management, HR processes, and organizational culture. Your expertise will help us create a workplace where our people—our “heartbeats”—can thrive. Your Responsibilities Provide strategic HR input to support managers in achieving business goals and optimizing resources. Enhance and adapt existing HR methods to ensure quality and value. Identify challenges, analyze complex HR issues, and implement effective solutions. Align HR initiatives with business needs in Retail and WHS operations to position Rituals as an employer of choice. Offer legal advice and manage labor-related actions. Act as a key interface between Services and Operations, translating guidelines into actionable business practices. Oversee all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, retention, values, health & safety, performance management, and learning & development. Design and deliver HR-related training sessions and facilitate meetings. Develop initiatives and formats that encourage employee engagement and participation. Requisitos Bachelor’s degree or specialized studies in Human Resources. Minimum of 6 years of HR advisory experience, preferably in a retail environment. Willingness to travel nationally (approximately 50% of the time). High level of English to operate in an international setting. Strong service mindset to support diverse teams. Proactive and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
