Clientul nostru este o companie din domeniul HoReCA / real estate, cu prezenta internationala, recunoscuta pentru profesionalism si pentru focusul pe dezvoltarea sustenabila a afacerii. Pentru a sustine cresterea si alinierea proceselor interne la standarde moderne, cautam un HR Business Partner care sa sprijine managerii in decizii strategice, sa optimizeze procesele de HR si sa contribuie la proiecte de transformare organizationala. Responsabilitati 1. Business Partnering Colaboreaza direct cu liderii de business pentru a intelege prioritatile strategice si pentru a le transpune in initiative HR concrete Ofera consultanta in arii precum workforce planning, engagement, performance, talent management si organizational design Participa activ la sedinte de leadership pentru a sustine agenda de people & culture 2. Process Management & Process Improvement Analizeaza end-to-end procesele de HR (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, talent management etc.) si propune optimizari Dezvolta si implementeaza fluxuri de lucru standardizate (SOPs) pentru cresterea eficientei si reducerea variatiilor operationale Utilizeaza metodologii precum Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen sau Design Thinking pentru imbunatatire continua Monitorizeaza indicatori de proces (cycle time, cost per hire, time-to-fill, onboarding NPS etc.) si propune planuri de actiune Coordoneaza initiative de digitalizare (automatizari, utilizarea instrumentelor HRIS, simplificarea fluxurilor) 3. Business Transformation Sustine initiative de transformare organizationala: reorganizari, schimbari culturale, implementari de tehnologii noi Faciliteaza workshop-uri de change management Contribuie la proiecte de transformare HR: redesign organizational, centralizare procese, implementare Shared Service Centers, adoptarea modelelor agile Colaboreaza cu echipe cross-functionale pentru a asigura alinierea dintre schimbarile operationale si strategia people 4. Employee Experience & Engagement Analizeaza date din engagement surveys, pulse surveys si exit interviews si propune actiuni concrete Dezvolta initiative de cultura organizationala si wellbeing 5. Talent & Performance Management Ofera suport managerilor in performance review, calibration si succession planning Identifica nevoi de dezvoltare si sustine implementarea programelor de learning 6. Data & Insights Utilizeaza date HR pentru rapoarte, analize si recomandari orientate spre decizie Contribuie la dezvoltarea de dashboarduri si KPI-uri relevante pentru workforce si procese Cerinte Studii & Experienta Studii superioare in HR, Psihologie, Management, Economie sau domenii conexe 3–7 ani experienta in HR Business Partnering sau in roluri similare (HR operations, continuous improvement, project management) Experienta in transformare organizationala sau improvement projects reprezinta un avantaj important Competente Tehnice Cunostinte de metodologii de proces: Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile Experienta cu sisteme HRIS, instrumente de analytics si solutii de digitalizare HR Foarte buna intelegere a proceselor HR end-to-end Competente Soft Abilitati excelente de comunicare si influentare Gandire analitica si orientare puternica spre solutii Capacitatea de a lucra transversal si de a gestiona stakeholderi seniori Abilitatea de a naviga situatii complexe si schimbari organizationale
Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into concrete HR initiatives and optimize HR processes. They will also support organizational transformation initiatives and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights.
