YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees or HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) being advantageous
  • Several years of experience in HR roles, focusing on business partnering or strategic HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
  • Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business goals, demonstrating a grasp of how HR impacts overall business performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with employees, managers, and senior leadership
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR-related issues and provide strategic solutions
  • Experience in leading or supporting HR projects and initiatives, with good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve HR programs and processes

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent to meet departmental needs.
  • Guide and assist managers in performance management, facilitating employee evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop initiatives that improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Lead or assist with HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
