QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a senior HRBP or strategic HR role, preferably in a fast-evolving or complex organisation.
  • Deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR strategies to business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving initiatives from concept to execution, and influencing change.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As a strategic partner to the President & CEO and leadership team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide both strategic and tactical advisory to align the people’s agenda with the business’ priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of HR services and solutions to the Integrated Urban Solution business and selected Group Corporate Functions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO and leadership team on organisational effectiveness, culture transformation and workforce strategy.
  • Influence and co-create business strategies by providing data-driven insights on talent, capability gaps and organisational health.
  • Lead the people strategy to drive business performance and growth.
  • Shape and execute integrated workforce plans aligned with business transformation and future growth.
  • Identify critical capabilities required to meet emerging business needs and work with HR COEs to design scalable development strategies to close those gaps.
  • Drive strategic talent reviews and succession planning processes to ensure leadership pipeline readiness.
  • Act as a change agent in large-scale initiatives, supporting leadership team to manage change and build adaptability across teams.
  • Partner the President & CEO and leadership team on organisational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness to ensure agility and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Provide counsel on both complex and transactional employee relations matters, workforce risks, and policy matters with a strong focus on fairness, compliance, and business continuity.
  • Coach and empower leaders and people managers to drive performance, foster collaboration, and lead with accountability & empathy.
