We’re hiring HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist to support our growth across Australia. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on HR execution to drive onboarding, performance, employee relations, and development initiatives.
You’ll work closely with global and local leadership to deliver HR solutions aligned with both immediate needs and long-term goals. Key responsibilities include leading projects on workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and scalable HR policies.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong knowledge of Australian labor laws, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance strategic insight with operational excellence. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are a must.

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with leadership and global HR team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify long-term talent requirements and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to ensure integrated HR practices across regions.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Support talent acquisition and lead onboarding activities to rapidly scale the team.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute professional development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate training initiatives to enhance employee competencies and growth.

Employee Relations, Engagement & Compliance:

  • Proactively address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and positive resolution.
  • Develop engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish scalable HR policies aligned with local laws and ensure compliance with regional employment standards.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration:

  • Streamline HR processes and introduce efficiencies to support organizational scalability.
  • Provide hands-on support for day-to-day HR operations and projects.
  • Lead the payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among HR teams to leverage best practices and align global initiatives.
