Job Description The Human Resources Business Partner Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of people initiatives, in close partnership with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence and People Services team. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business priorities, organizational goals, and cultural aspirations. The role is accountable for driving organizational effectiveness, reinforcing a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the effective management of employee and labor relations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resources Management, or any related course Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure in HR business partnering or generalist roles Strong experience in organization development, talent management, employee relations, and stakeholder management Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or similarly complex business environments is preferred Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices Compensation: from PHP 0 - monthly
