ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a HR Business Partner (known internally as the People Partner), you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support and ensuring effective people management across Simplify. This is a high-impact, fast-paced position, that requires a self-starter who can work independently and set clear objectives. You will partner with the business to drive HR initiatives, support managers, and ensure a positive work culture that supports high performance. The role is not focused on development, but rather on providing solutions in a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
