ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work alongside the General Manager of People, to deliver tailored HR solutions across your client group. You’ll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with leaders (Head of, Managers) to implement the HR business plan and drive people outcomes.
• Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management, and enterprise agreements.
• Support workforce planning and headcount management aligned with strategic goals.
• Champion consistent application of HR frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies to foster a transparent and inclusive culture.
• Lead change management and transformation initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver high-quality, consistent HR services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
