UL Solutions is searching for a HR Business Partner to support our managers and colleagues in Spain, the Middle East and Africa.   Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field HR, the HR Business Partner serves as the primary local HR partner to the managers and employees in their assigned client group.   The HR Business Partner will acquire general understanding of local business divisions in order to support people strategies, enable talent development and improve retention at the local level. In consultation with senior HR colleagues or direct manager,  manages employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee career development issues that require a detailed knowledge of the fundamental concepts and practices in Human Resources.
