POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to support the growth of our international division. The HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers to support the business’s vision, mission and overall objectives. Additionally, your work will span the full employee lifecycle—from labor relations to performance management and organizational design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 5–10 years of Human Resources experience preferably within the AEC industry or a related professional services environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to any audience. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills is required
• Integrity: Demonstrated professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
• Expertise: Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational risk analysis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws
  Compensation: In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
