We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Customer Operations department - one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic teams at Sumsub. This role is key to driving employee growth, development, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring our people thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

STRONG EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DIVERSE TEAM DYNAMICS AND CULTURES.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with leads, L&D, and employees at all levels.
  • Fluent in English
  • IT, SaaS, or fintech experience preferred (but open to strong HRBPs from other fast-paced industries).
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Design and implement career growth frameworks, leveling matrices, and salary structures in collaboration with team leads.
  • Oversee 360-degree feedback cycles and follow-ups to ensure actionable career development plans.
  • Partner with L&D to develop learning tracks (management, support, professional skills) and monitor program adoption & impact.
  • Work closely with leadership on talent reviews, promotions, and succession planning.
  • Define clear development paths for team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Assess training effectiveness and refine learning programs based on business needs and employee feedback.
  • Support hiring & onboarding strategies to ensure seamless team growth.
  • Drive engagement and retention initiatives, identifying key trends and challenges.
  • Manage offboarding processes, ensuring valuable insights for continuous improvement.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS AN HRBP, PEOPLE PARTNER, OR SIMILAR ROLE IN A HIGH-GROWTH, INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

  • Proven track record in levelling, performance management, L&D, and career pathing.
