Reporting to the HR Lead Supply Chain, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will actively contribute to and support key strategic and operational HR processes for the Supply Chain population. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders and local HR teams across regions. Key Responsibilities As HR Business Partner for Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the following areas: Talent Acquisition * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with local HR teams and Heads of Department, in compliance with local regulations and practices. * Define job descriptions and sourcing strategies, publish job postings, coordinate and lead interview processes, and support onboarding activities. Leadership & Talent Development * Support and coordinate leadership development processes, including:  * GEDP   * Nomination and coordination of leadership training programs * Succession Planning Reviews in partnership with business leaders and local HR * Preparation and facilitation of Career Committees * Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in HRIS systems related to talent development processes. Compensation & HR Campaigns * Support and coordinate key HR campaigns such as salary increases, bonus reviews, and promotion exercises, ensuring alignment with local regulations and policies. HR Reporting, Data Management & Governance * Produce and analyze HR reports using various tools (e.g. SAP BI, eGEDP). * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across HRIS systems. * Manage HR data maintenance, organizational updates, and respond to ad hoc data requests. * Act as the data owner for HR reporting and the HR database within the Supply Chain perimeter, ensuring compliance with internal standards and governance. * Support data quality, maintenance, and organizational updates within HR systems. * Respond to ad hoc HR data requests and provide statistical analyses as needed. HR Projects & Initiatives * Participate in and manage HR development projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys (e.g. Speak-Up Survey) and internal communication actions. Profile * Master Degree in HR * Languages: English and French are mandatory. Other languages are a plus * Relevant experience in one of the relevant HR domains (Recruitment, Leadership Development, HR controlling, Compensation & Benefits) * Strong analytical skills  * Candidate will show pro-activity, dynamism, sense of service, stakeholder/results orientation and good communication skills. * Flexible in adapting to changing environments.
