Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on supporting the Tamheer program. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, particularly in the context of workforce nationalization initiatives. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and the Tamheer program Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making Develop and implement employee development programs aligned with the Tamheer initiative Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts Act as a liaison between the HR department and other business units Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, particularly those relevant to the Saudi Arabian market Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluency in Arabic and English Demonstrated understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and HR practices.
