This role involves leading and supporting HR projects to drive the evolution and growth of our HR function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to translate organisational plans into a cohesive people strategy.
  • Project Leadership: Lead HR projects focusing on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Development & Mentorship: Implement development plans and provide coaching to managers to accelerate delivery.
  • Talent Management: Identify skill gaps, develop internal talent, and build a robust succession pipeline.
  • HR Initiatives: Lead generalist HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Organisational Development: Analyse and recommend organisational development initiatives.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes supporting talent acquisition, training, development, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • IIP Programme Leadership: Lead the business’s Investors in People (IIP) programme.
