Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make a strategic impact in a high-tech, international environment? Teledyne DALSA X-Ray is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Eindhoven at the high tech campus. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives that support our business goals and foster a healthy, high-performing workplace.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HRBP role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven, international environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR qualification (e.g. Dutch HBO).
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus) and HR analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and support leadership development.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage a broad range of HR topics including performance management, succession planning, compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Oversee local HR operations including HRIS, recruitment, payroll, and compliance with Dutch labor law.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe and North America on global HR initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Works Council and ensure timely communication on key HR topics.
