Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in human resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Enjoyment in building things, developing them further, and taking responsibility
Pragmatism, implementation skills, and the ability to operate successfully even in less structured environments.
Good knowledge of labor law, income tax and social security law
High level of consulting expertise and confident demeanor when interacting with managers.
Self-initiative, implementation skills and the willingness to actively shape changes
