We are currently inviting a HR Business Partner to join our growing manufacturing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will: In the early growing stage of the company, recruitment will be your primary responsibility, with a strong emphasis on engineering and manufacturing roles. Be a strategic partner: work closely with the leadership team to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies. Provide expert guidance in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation. Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—coaching, challenging, and guiding them toward strong, data-informed hiring decisions. Be responsible for skill matrices, competencies, and organizing employee training programs to ensure continuous development. Touch on our culture, employer branding, leadership and development initiatives. What we expect of you: Previous experience as an HR Business Partner. Manufacturing and engineering recruiting experience. Ability to deeply understand business needs and demonstrate how strong talent engagement drives performance. Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Skills at developing clear, actionable plans aligned with business and talent strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills and data-driven mindset.
