We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join Tricuro and play a key role in shaping our People Strategy. As a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, you’ll collaborate closely with teams to enhance performance, engagement, and workforce planning - ensuring our HR initiatives align with business goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is confident in driving change.
You’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, policy compliance and organisational development - all while fostering a high-performance culture.

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven HRBP experience within a complex or multi-site organisation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
