This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Human Resources Business Partner UK&I in Guilford, UK with Signify.

  • HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Advise management on workforce planning and operational improvements.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Build internal hiring capabilities, enhance employee retention, and develop robust succession plans.
  • Operational HR Excellence: Oversee the overall employee lifecycle management.
  • Labor Relations & Compliance: Maintain compliance with local labor laws and manage works council relations. Proactively address employee relations and labor disputes.
  • Provide HR support to all stakeholders in the delivery of the Company strategy (Business HRBPs, Business Leaders, etc…).
