  • Preferable Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills to keep multiple stakeholders appraised and expectation management skills are critical.
  • Effective influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment, leading projects and cultivating relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Regarded as an expert internally and externally in their field.
  • Innovative thinker and solutions oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Employment relations experience is preferable.
  • CIPD qualification is preferable.
