About the role We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us at Unframe and help shape how we grow - as a team, as a culture, and as a company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with managers and employees, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. What you’ll do Partner closely with team leads and managers to support team growth, performance, and development Support core HR processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, etc.) Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all people-related topics Help design and evolve org structure as we scale Own employee lifecycle processes (from onboarding to development and offboarding) Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience Identify challenges early and proactively suggest solutions Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in an HRBP / People Partner role Must: experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust quickly Experience supporting managers through people-related challenges High emotional intelligence and strong judgment Comfortable in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment Fluent in English and Hebrew Nice to have Background in organizational development, coaching, or talent management Why join us We’re a small, product-focused team building AI-powered solutions, moving fast and working closely together.
