For our division Insulation we are looking for an HR Business Partner SG&A (Mainland Europe - White Collars) to reinforce our HR team in Desselgem.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • You translate business goals and needs into shared HR & organizational objectives and action plans.
  • As a trusted business partner you coach and advise business/functional leaders on people and organizational topics (such as performance management, talent/career development, employee engagement, succession planning, …).
  • You are the point of contact for our colleagues on all HR related matters.
  • You assure a strong talent pipeline and create diverse, high performing teams to drive future business growth. You focus on organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
  • You are an ambassador of our company values and steer a culture of innovation and collaboration across teams and countries.
  • You (co-)design and implement effective and efficient HR processes and projects to support people and organizational development (related to recruitment, onboarding, development, salary review, succession planning, etc).
  • You use HR data and KPI’s to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Your participate to and/or lead cross-country or cross-divisional HR projects (job classification, development tracks, etc).
  • You work closely together with the HR Business Partners in the different countries and partner with HR group services teams on talent management, payroll, comp& ben, internal communication, etc.
  • You report to the Divisional HR Director.

Who are you?

  • You hold a master’s degree or equivalent through experience with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in different HR domains.
  • You are results-oriented, service minded and possess a healthy assertiveness.
  • You are great at setting priorities and are open-minded towards new challenges. You like to think out-of-the box and in initiatives/solutions.
  • You highly value cooperation and discretion.
  • You are accurate, work in a structured way, and have a critical mindset.
  • You are highly proficient in both French and English. #LI-SS1
