THE ROLE:

This role, reporting to the Chief People Officer, will deliver top-tier HR practices across the Europe and Asia teams. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement proactive HR and employee relations solutions.
• Support employee engagement, performance, and talent development.
• Assist in recruiting across all levels.
• Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities.
• Drive HR improvements in areas such as attendance, diversity, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and support global HR projects.
